My stay was quite an experience! The rooms were spacious, but accessibility was an issue since we had to carry my wheelchair-bound son up and down the stairs. Thankfully, the service was excellent, especially thanks to Sanjay from the pool team who really went above and beyond to help us. The peaceful location made for a relaxing atmosphere, although the dining options didn't really impress me with limited variety. Overall, it was a nice stay, but there are areas that could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the location is excellent and offers a very peaceful atmosphere. The adjoining balcony was a nice touch for relaxing outside. However, the rooms were quite small and needed better maintenance; they could have been cleaned more thoroughly before we arrived. The stairs were an issue for my wheelchair-bound son, which made getting around a bit of a challenge.
The hotel has some great aspects like spacious and well-maintained rooms. However, I struggled with the accessibility, having to carry my son up and down stairs regularly. The breakfast left much to be desired as they ran out of tea, which was disappointing. Overall, I found the value for money fair, but with some essential areas that need improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and it’s a peaceful place to stay. However, the dining experience was disappointing with limited breakfast options and the service needed improvement. Overall, it's an average choice for a resort stay, but there's room for enhancement.
During my stay at the resort spa, I really appreciated the spacious rooms that offered a lovely adjoining balcony, although we had the challenge of navigating steps with my wheelchair-bound son. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Sanjay, who really went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful time. However, the dining experience fell short as there weren't enough options and the food didn't quite match the expectations set by the hotel's reputation. Overall, it was a decent stay with some highlights and a few drawbacks.
